Good Baklava founder Roy Donk went from selling baklava at a folding table in McCarren Park to becoming one of New York’s most unexpected Knicks fan traditions.

During the Knicks’ championship run, Roy began handing out free Good Baklava outside Madison Square Garden, bringing a little sweetness to fans during one of the city’s biggest basketball moments.
