Our baklava contains tree nuts (specifically Turkish pistachios) and wheat (in the dough), so it’s not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies. Our baklava is also made with butter, so it contains dairy. These trays are then shipped to our facility in New Jersey, where we bake them fresh every morning.
